Take a journey through time and visit the Hopi Mesas. Your guide will drive you on a beautiful 3-hour excursion to meet up with Roanna, a gifted Hopi Clan Grandmother. She has so much knowledge and many traditions to share, this is truly a rare experience that you do not want to miss! She may have hand carved Kachina Dolls available to purchase if you choose (Highly recommended!)
You will visit sacred petroglyphs that are inaccessible to the public. Lunch is included and will be served at the Cultural Center in Hopi Land.
This is a tour that does require walking on uneven ground. We can walk slow but walking is a major part of this excursion as well as sitting for long periods in a vehicle. It is 3 hours each way.
Lunch is provided. Eat an early breakfast as we start at 7 for the drive. Bring snacks and water.
No kids under 12 on this one. We are visiting a sacred site and cannot be disrespectful to the tribes. No pets.
This tour can be private if requested and has at least two participants.
